  7. a class should get special treatment.  This isn't much different from
  8. saying they should be able to butt in line at the ticket window.  You

  19. even if *all* of these things turn out to be true.  I don't doubt that
  20. (1) through (3) are true of a lot of students, but they're not *unique*
  21. to students.  They're true of some of us non-students too, and none of
  22. us could ask for a discount on that basis alone.
